Faithful Crossings- Now Interviewing Vocalists

Kansas City, MO (February 3, 2020)   Faithful Crossings vocalist, Lauren Sumner, who is known for her sweet harmonies and wide vocal range will be stepping down from the group this spring to pursue her calling in Childrens Ministry.  In a recent interview, her mom and matriarch of the group, Tammy Sumner stated, "She will be greatly missed and, in my heart, she can never be replaced, but we know that God has a plan for her life and we're very proud of her decision to follow where she believes God is leading."  she went on to say, "Lauren has a very wide vocal range and a voice that blends easily so finding that perfect fit will be a job only the Good Lord can do but we trust His timing and His plan."

Faithful Crossings' has been around since 2006 but the ministry has garnered the most attention since the release of their current CD, "Farther Down the Road-Songs for the Journey."  This CD, produced by the legendary, Les Butler, featured award-winning Nashville musicians and the industry's top song writers and a guest vocal by Karen Peck Gooch!  So far, the new CD has had 3 consecutive charting songs with the title song, "Farther Down the Road," crossing over to #13 on the Singing News Bluegrass charts.  They have been played and featured on radio stations across the country, have been played on the Nationally Syndicated Les Butler & Friends Bluegrass Gospel Radio Show and have sang on stage with many of Gospel Music's greats!
